Civil servants studying, receiving training or going on a study visit under the nomination of the Government of Nepal shall, after completing such study, training or study visit, in the ministry or office where they are working before going on study, training or study visit. Subject to the Act, the following period must be served compulsorily:- Study, training or study visit period Minimum period to be served
(a) Three months to one year
(b) Three months to six months and one and a half years
(c) Six months to nine months to two years
(d) Three years
from nine months to one year (e) One year to two years four years
(f) From two years to three years five to five years
(g) Three years to four years to seven years
(h) Eight years from four years to five years
